Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 May 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Adzento ("the Service"), a sole trader business based in Yorkshire, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Adzento is a Meta ads audit tool designed for Shopify store owners. The Service connects to your Meta Business account (with your permission) and generates audit reports covering pixel health, campaign structure, and performance analysis. The Service is provided for informational purposes only. Audit results are not financial or legal advice and do not guarantee any particular outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Adzento. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. You must also have the legal right to connect the Meta Business account you use with Adzento.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, all activity that occurs under your account, providing accurate information during setup, and notifying us immediately at info@adzento.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Meta account access

When you connect your Meta Business account, you grant Adzento read-only access to your ad account data via the Meta Marketing API. We can read your campaign, ad set, ad, pixel, and performance data — but we cannot create, edit, pause, delete, or spend on any campaigns or ads. You can disconnect your Meta account at any time from the Settings page. Your Meta access token is encrypted before storage and is never shared with any third party other than Meta itself.

5. Subscription and payment

Free plan — Includes access to the Pixel Health Check feature. No payment required.

Pro plan — Available at £29 per month (plus applicable VAT). Includes full audit access covering pixel health, campaign structure, and performance analysis. Payments are processed by Stripe on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Cancellation — You may cancel at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Price changes — We will give you at least 30 days notice of any price increase by email.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and materials that make up Adzento are owned by James Hunter and protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over your audit results, business profile, or any data you provide.

8. AI-generated content

Adzento uses Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, to generate audit insights and power the in-audit chat feature. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. You should use your own judgement when acting on audit recommendations.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that audit results will be accurate or suitable for your specific circumstances, or that any particular outcome will be achieved by following audit recommendations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Adzento shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@adzento.co.uk. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
